Returns and exchanges for Store Credit only if returned within 14 days of receiving your order (FOR ONLINE SALES ONLY)

In-store purchases can only be returned for store credit or exchanges within 7 days of purchase.

All sales items, accessories, purse/bags, tights and gift items are final sale.

All other merchandise must be returned unworn, unwashed, and with the original tags attached. Shipping and handling on returned merchandise is non-refundable (unless the product is damaged or the wrong item was shipped). If you have received a damaged product please email us right away to resolve the issue at Info@topshelfstyle.com

Our shipping offices are open M-F 9am-6pm PST. We do not ship on weekends.​​​​

Returns can all be sent back to our store at the address below and MUST be sent with a tracking # to avoid them getting lost.
